Shipping policy

We Ship Worldwide!

Once your order is processed and your pieces are ready for dispatch, they are shipped within 1–15 working days , 1-3 , product already ready , and upto 15 days on customised order. You will receive tracking details upon dispatch (upon request). Delivery usually takes 2–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Note: We do not accept complaints related to damaged outer boxes or packaging. Minor wear during transit is common and beyond our control.

All products are transit-insured, which covers product damage, not outer box damage.

Delivery delays caused by courier partners are not within our liability, but our team is available to provide full support in tracking and resolution.
