Once your pieces are ready for delivery they will be dispatched in one or two working days. Once dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking information if desired. Delivery time is normally around seven to ten days. Under rare circumstances if delivery of goods does get delayed from the shipping companies’ end and we are not liable for the same.
All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable in any circumstances.

All the products you see are made from natural textiles and by hand. Slight variations in colours, patterns and texture along with minor imperfections are expected. Please ensure you are sure about the colours, fabrics, texture, fall, etc., before making your purchase. Do contact us for any additional questions.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.).
Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as ‘received’.
After the order is placed it cannot be cancelled. However, we reserve the right to accept or reject/cancel an order at any point of time without stating any reason for the same.

We recommend that you dry clean your saree when necessary. You must air your saree from time to time and refold regularly to avoid creasing at the same location over an extended period of time. Kora sarees or fine Jamdanis can also be rolled for storage.
It is also advisable to store silk sarees in a breathable, uncoloured, muslin cloth in a dry location. Avoid exposure to moisture as it may damage the saree or the zari. Also, avoid ironing directly on the zari and any direct contact with perfume.

Yes, all our sarees are woven with the extra fabric of length approximately 0.8m to 1m for the blouse.

Yes, We do!We are designer for all Luxury wedding wear including bridal and non bridal lehenga dresses, wedding saree, gowns, party wear dress, Punjabi suits, Pakistani suits, Gharara suits, Sharara suits etc. Unfortunately, we do not offer any design customization service for handloom products at the moment. We only do designs that are created by our design team. The design making and weaving process for handloom products are quite complex and time-consuming. However, do message us showing the sarees as some designs are often repeated as they are our best sellers.We will surely try our best.
We accept payment via bank transfer or Paytm or other UPI gateways as well. You could also do a Bank deposit to our account if you are unable to use the electronic payment options. For other payment modes, please do get in touch with us.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any discount. Whether you order one piece or multiple pieces the prices remain the same. We do our best to make sure that the prices of our products are at par with the quality of our fabrics and the rigorous craftsmanship that goes into the making. You can rest assured about the quality and finishing of the products.
We charge 200/- Rupees shipping anywhere within India. We do fall and pico of the saree before shipping it.

All our products are transit insured, so it’s mandatory to make a parcel opening video.Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges/returns. However, we can assure you that we are always here to answer any query you might have before placing an order. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of an incorrect item,subject to be informed within 24hrs of product delivery along with mandatory parcel opening video on our Whatsapp number +91-7350339214.Tampered Videos will not be accepted.
